This beautiful miniature porcelain urn vase features a central Fragonard-style romantic courting couple vignette set against a crisp white ground. The neck and foot are finished in a rich burgundy glaze, heavily accented with hand-decorated gold floral motifs, scrollwork, and gilded rims. The base is marked with the red "Porcelaine Artistique F.M. Limoges France" scroll stamp along with its original "Label de Qualite."
It is in very good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or crazing. Both the colourful transfer scene and the intricate gold detailing are clean and brightly preserved.
