Orders - All items must be paid for in full, before delivery can be arranged. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product in accordance with these terms. You will receive an email in acknowledgement of your order. At this point, a contract is in place between you and us. We recommend you keep a copy of your order receipt and these terms.

If we cannot accept your order, because an item is faulty or out of stock, you will be made aware by email and if you have paid, will be given a full refund.

If your order details contain errors such as an incorrect address, your order will be placed on hold. I will try my best to reach you via the email address and phone number provided, but if I am unable to do so, your order will be cancelled and if you have already paid, a full refund provided.

If you have not received your item within two weeks of order, you reserve the right to cancel your order and request a full refund.

 

Vintage Items - Please keep in mind that all items are preloved and vintage & therefore may show some signs of age. I personally feel this adds character & history to a piece & all my hand painted pieced are finished to a professional, high-quality. Please don't expect a factory-style finish.

Photographs - I have made every effort to take photographs that are true to the colour and character of a piece. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your display settings.

All photos on this website belong to Jodie Flavell (Decoris Home Vintage) and permission is required to reuse them.

Digital Downloads & Perishables - Digital downloads & perishable items are non-refundable. This includes workshop tickets. Should you not be able to attend, please let me know 2 weeks in advance and I will do my best to book you on another class.

Import Duties - If ordering from another country, the buyer is responsible for any duty tax incurred.​​

​

Pricing - Pricing on the website may sometimes change for a product. All products on the website are open to offers. Please contact me if you would like to make an offer for  specific item or bundle of items.

Our Liability - We are responsible for any loss or damage that is caused by us and could have been foreseen. We are not responsible for any loss or damage not foreseen by us.
