This original studio porcelain sculpture was hand-crafted by British artist Andrew Bull at his Kent workshop. Titled "Rowing Scull", it depicts his signature whimsical character Percy Veer rowing a single skull boat across ripples of water.

The piece is sculpted in fine porcelain using slab and rolled techniques, finished with an iridescent mother-of-pearl glaze and fine wire oar details. The base retains its original maker's studio label.

The sculpture is in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
