This antique 1920s biscuit tin was made by Macfarlane Lang & Co. Ltd. of Glasgow and London. The lid features a textured, paper-covered overlay depicting a lithographed 18th-century parkland scene with figures in period dress alongside a galleon ship.

The underside of the base is printed with the Royal Warrant and maker's details. The hinged lid opens smoothly, revealing an aged metal interior.

The tin displays authentic patina, including age-appropriate wear, flaking, and discoloration to the decorative paper-covered lid and metalwork.

Measures 4 cm x 22.5 cm x 14 cm.

This piece would suit collectors of antique confectionery tins, paper-covered advertising ephemera, or anyone seeking a characterful piece for a vintage display.
