Antique late 19th-century solid brass taper candlestick featuring a tapered column stem and a stepped square base with beaded border detailing, circa 1880. Sand-cast construction with a hollow textured underside and central bolt fixing. Please note there is a slight wobble on flat surfaces, this is due to the handmade uneven nature of the item and the fact the stem spins; but the candlestick stands securely. This has been reflected in  the price.

Good vintage condition, showing characterful age-related surface wear, minor pitting, and a warm aged patina.
