An authentic late Victorian hollow-form rolled gold cross pendant necklace, dating to circa 1890–1910. The front of the cross features crisp, bright-cut hand-engraved scrolling foliate detail set around a central sunburst motif. The reverse displays two original blow holes, a traditional 19th-century silversmithing feature that allowed hot air to escape during the soldering of hollow pieces.

Suspended from an ornate, original period fancy link chain detailed with elongated bar accents, faceted barrel beads, and rolo links, fastening securely with a classic antique bolt ring clasp.

Dimensions:

  • Pendant: 3.5 cm x 2 cm

  • Total length: 24 cm (approx. 48 cm wearable chain length)

In good antique condition with light age-appropriate tarnish to the rolled gold layer, preserving its rich antique character.
