An authentic midcentury 3-strand Scottish glass agate necklace, crafted in the mid-20th century. The necklace features three graduated strands of marbled glass oval beads in a rich palette of carnelian red, mustard yellow, moss green, and teal blue, separated by amber-yellow glass spacer seed beads.
The strands gather into a decorative silver-toned fishhook box clasp adorned with three sparkling clear glass rhinestones. A classic piece of vintage Scottish costume jewellery that captures the traditional aesthetic of Scottish pebble and agate art.
Very good vintage condition. All marbled glass beads and yellow spacer beads are intact, smooth, and free from chips or cracks. All three rhinestones on the clasp are bright and securely set, and the fishhook clasp connects firmly and holds securely.
