A classic 1950s vintage silver-toned rhinestone hair slide barrette. Designed as a graceful curved crescent arch, the piece features two parallel rows of sparkling clear round glass rhinestones set within individual square box prong settings on a flexible metal frame.

The barrette operates via a traditional 1950s removable locking rod pin. To wear, place the rhinestone crescent frame over your gathered hair and slide the straight metal pin through the end loop, underneath the hair bundle, and into the locking catch on the opposite end.

Very good vintage condition. All clear glass rhinestones remain present, original, and sparkling. The silver-toned metal framework exhibits an authentic aged patina with light surface handling marks on the reverse, and the removable locking pin slides smoothly and holds securely.
