An authentic vintage Ariki New Zealand pendant housed in its original blue velvet presentation box. The pendant features a smooth, iridescent genuine New Zealand Paua shell cabochon displaying radiant electric blue, green, and purple iridescence, set within a 22ct gold-plated curved frame.

The pendant is stamped on the box lid as 22ct gold plate. It is suspended from a dark link chain that is unplated and not original to the pendant set. A classic piece of authentic New Zealand craftsmanship and heritage jewellery.

Very good vintage condition. The Paua shell cabochon is smooth, vibrant, and free from cracks or chips. The 22ct gold plating on the pendant remains bright and lustrous, and the original velvet display box opens and closes securely.
