An authentic vintage Chinese export cloisonné enamel bead necklace, dating to the mid-century period. The necklace features a full graduated strand of jet-black spherical cloisonné beads, tapering from smaller accent beads near the clasp up to large focal beads at the center. Each bead is decorated with delicate hand-enameled cherry blossoms in pink, yellow, and green, framed by fine gilded copper wirework.

Individually hand-knotted on off-white silk cordage for security and flexibility. Secured with a traditional gold-toned filigree oval box clasp featuring openwork scrollwork.

Very good vintage condition. All cloisonné enamel beads are smooth, glossy, and free from chips or cracked enamel. The silk knotting remains tight and clean, and the filigree box clasp connects firmly and holds securely.
