A genuine vintage Elastoplast First Aid Dressings tin, manufactured in Hull, England by T.J. Smith & Nephew, Ltd. Dating from approximately the 1940s to 1950s, this pocket-sized collectable features a striking red and black lithographed slip-on lid with classic period typography. The face of the tin retains its historic formulation text, referencing the original medicated gauze pads with bismuth subgallate and zinc oxide elastic plaster.
