A vintage solid brass figure of the Greek goddess Athena, hand-cast by the Evangelides Bronze foundry in Larnaca, Cyprus. Styled after ancient Archaic Greek metalwork, she wears a tall crested Corinthian helmet and a pleated gown while holding a hoplon shield embossed with the Owl of Athena, finished with a hand-applied verdigris turquoise patina.

She stands on an integral circular base and shows light wear to the patinated finish, revealing warm brass undertones along the raised details. Please note that the miniature removable spear originally held in her right hand is no longer present.

In good vintage condition.
