An authentic vintage Swiss-made ladies' mechanical pendant necklace watch by Medana, dating to circa 1960s–1970s. Designed as a large round medallion pendant, the casing features deeply chased floral blossom and scrolling leaf patterns across both the front bezel and reverse.

The silvered dial features golden hour indices, Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9, and golden hands, stamped "MEDANA LEVER - 17 JEWELS - SWISS MADE". Housed in a gold-toned casing with a wide textured top bail, suspended from a matching gold-toned curb chain fitted with a spring-ring clasp.

Good vintage condition. The 17-jewel Swiss mechanical manual-wind movement is in working order and runs when wound. The gold-toned finish remains bright with light age-related surface handling marks and subtle patina, and the crystal is clear.
