A charming vintage Mexican brooch shaped as a butterfly in flight with detailed wire antennae. Crafted with sectioned abalone shell inlay across the wings and a polished mother of pearl body, the shell catches the light with striking flashes of purple, electric blue, magenta, and green.

The brooch is constructed from alpaca metal and stamped "ALPACA MEXICO" on the reverse. It fastens securely with a rollover safety clasp.
