A lovely vintage Mexican brooch shaped as a stylized botanical leaf with a detailed stem and central vein. Crafted with sectioned, polished abalone shell inlay, the shell catches the light with vibrant iridescent flashes of pink, green, and blue.

The brooch is constructed from alpaca metal and stamped "ALPACA MEXICO" on the reverse. It fastens securely with a rollover safety clasp.
