A characterful mid-century novelty brass piece in the shape of a wide-mouthed fish, circa 1960s.

Solidly cast in brass with a substantial weight, it features detailed textured scales, prominent eyes, and an upturned tail. The wide open mouth creates a handy holder for rings, coins, or small keepsakes. With its heavy cast, it works wonderfully as a unique paperweight or decorative shelf ornament. It remains in good vintage condition with an authentic aged patina and light surface wear consistent with age.
