A classic vintage c1950 graduated black glass bead necklace, dating to the midcentury period. The necklace features smooth, glossy jet-black glass beads strung in a graduated design, tapering smoothly from smaller disk beads near the top to larger round focal beads at the center.

The strand is finished with its original brass cylindrical barrel tongue clasp, stamped with the patent number PAT 12753.

Very good vintage condition. All black glass beads are intact, smooth, and free from chips or cracks. The original cordage remains strong, and the patented brass barrel clasp snaps together securely.
