A striking vintage Scottish Celtic Revival openwork medallion pendant, originally crafted as a brooch and converted with a top loop for chain suspension. Cast in antiqued pewter with deep relief detailing, the round circular pendant features an intricate outer knotwork border enclosing six arched panels displaying detailed saint or haloed apostle faces.

At the center sits a glowing, high-domed crimson-red glass cabochon imitating natural garnet stone. The reverse retains its original brooch mounting hardware alongside the top pendant loop. A unique statement piece rich in Scottish heritage and Christian iconography.
