A bold vintage Victorian Revival rosette brooch pin, dating to the mid-to-late 20th century. Crafted in an antiqued brass-toned metal frame with a swirling feather-blade border, the brooch features a prominent high-domed swirled turquoise matrix glass cabochon at the center.
The central stone is encircled by a dual halo of smooth cream faux pearls and turquoise-blue glass cabochons set into decorative crowns. The reverse displays an openwork backplate fitted with a pin stem and a roll-over safety catch.
Very good vintage condition overall. All simulated stones and faux pearls remain present and securely set; please note there is a slight bit of cosmetic surface wear to one of the faux pearls in line with age and light handling. The antiqued metal casing retains a deep dark patina, and the pin stem and safety clasp function smoothly and close securely.
