This is a commemorative Wade porcelain decanter, produced for Bell’s Scotch Whisky to celebrate the birth of Prince William of Wales on 21st June 1982. Crafted in a classic bell shape, the piece features a crisp white glaze finished with elegant 22ct gold leaf detailing around the base and neck. The front is decorated with a royal crest and cherubs to mark the occasion.
The decanter is in very good vintage condition with some cosmetic wear consistent with its age, but is free from any chips or cracks. It includes the original porcelain-topped cork stopper; the cork does not sit entirely deep into the neck but remains flush with the top.
